Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in PA.
• 2-20+ years' experience in workers' compensation or related experience.

Responsibilities

• File review and legal analysis of workers’ compensation claims
• Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements
• Regularly represent clients at depositions and hearings
• Manage cases from start to finish
