Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney for a fully remote role with an optional Philadelphia office. The base salary is $175,000 and a Pennsylvania bar is required to practice.

The ideal candidate defends workers' compensation claims for employers and carriers, handles hearings and mediations, coordinates IMEs and medical records, and advises on compensability, exposure, and liens. 3–7 years post-bar experience is preferred; JD with PA bar required.
