Jobot is seeking an attorney to join a growing, defense-focused Workers' Compensation practice. This fully remote role offers autonomy, strong earnings potential, and the opportunity to scale a portable book within a supportive firm platform.

The ideal candidate will have an established client base, substantial workers' compensation experience, and the willingness to participate in court proceedings in their state.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Georgia and/or Florida in good standing.
• Substantial experience in workers' compensation law.
• Established portable book of workers' compensation business.
• Ability to originate and maintain client relationships.
• Willingness to attend court in their state.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing workers' compensation portfolio.
• Maintain direct client and referral relationships.
• Represent clients in proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve matters.
• Develop business through networks and referrals.
• Collaborate with firm attorneys and staff.
• Ensure compliance with state legal requirements.
