Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense preferred.
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing required.
• Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' compensation experience is a plus.
• Proactive, responsive, client-focused service from assignment through resolution.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers' compensation defense matters from intake to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage case files in a paperless environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and ensure timely communications.
