Qualifications

• Active California State Bar membership in good standing is required.
• Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred.
• Defense Base Act/Longshore & Harbor Workers' Compensation experience is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fully paperless environment with web-based legal tools.
• Proactive, responsive client service from assignment through resolution.
