Qualifications

• Active California State Bar membership in good standing is required.
• Minimum one year of workers' compensation defense experience preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating a fully paperless environment and web-based legal tools.
• Demonstrates professionalism and ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers' compensation defense matters across California.
• Deliver proactive, responsive, and high-quality service from assignment through resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to develop case strategy and maintain client relationships.
