Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) is seeking a remote Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster for Southeast jurisdictions. No commute is required, and prior workers compensation adjusting experience is essential for handling statements, benefits, subrogation, and settlements.

The ideal candidate communicates well, negotiates effectively, and stays organized while working across multiple jurisdictions. CBCS provides equipment, IT support, and home-office training to support your success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.
• Knowledge of Southeast state workers compensation laws.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims.
• Communicate with claimants, providers, attorneys, and clients.
• Analyze claims and apply regulatory know-how across jurisdictions.
