Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) offers a fully remote Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster role for candidates located in California. The position requires experience adjusting workers’ compensation claims (including statements, lost wages, state filings, denials, subrogation, and litigation support).

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in workers' compensation claims, a California license, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a workers' compensation claims adjuster.
• California license and SIP experience.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and claims management software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
