Cottingham & Butler (CBCS) is hiring a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to work from home across the Northeast jurisdictions. The role requires handling statements, paying benefits, filing state forms, and negotiating settlements with a focus on accurate case evaluation.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of workers compensation adjusting experience, solid knowledge of relevant laws, and strong communication/ negotiation skills. Equipment and IT support are provided for remote work.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
