Experience in adjusting across multiple jurisdictions is highly valued. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of workers' compensation experience, a valid license, and strong negotiation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a workers' compensation claims adjuster.
• State license or state experience in workers' comp claims.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Office and claims management software.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and evaluate workers' compensation claims.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and providers.
• File state forms and manage subrogation and litigation where needed.
• Communicate with claimants, CEOs, providers, and attorneys.
• Handle claims across multiple jurisdictions.
