Job summary

Cottingham & Butler Claims Services (CBCS) is offering a remote Work Comp Adjuster role with no commute. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions from home.

Experience in workers compensation claims adjusting and strong communication skills are required. This position includes benefits starting Day 1, a 401(k) plan with company match, PTO, and disability coverage, with training and support from the home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a workers compensation claims adjuster.
• Strong knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate workers compensation claims.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and providers.
• Communicate with CEOs, claimants, attorneys, and providers.
• Manage claims across multiple jurisdictions.
