Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims applying analytical skills.
• Work with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve the claims process.
