Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a diligent Claims Adjuster with 2–3 years of experience in California workers' compensation. This fully remote role requires licensing across states, strong analytical skills, and a client-focused mindset to assess claims and determine appropriate resolutions.

You'll collaborate with clients and teams to manage exposures, document activity, and support outcomes, while upholding industry standards and ethical requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims.
• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine proper course of action.
• Interact with clients and third parties to communicate updates.
• Document claim activity timely and support file outcomes.
