Job summary

Gallagher Bassett in the United States seeks an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage workers' compensation claims remotely for California jurisdictions. A High School Diploma is required, with a minimum of five years of claims experience and active licensure in California (SIP optional).

You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims, work with clients to deliver innovative solutions, and ensure adherence to policy, procedure, and ethical standards while providing empathetic service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants.
