Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an experienced Workday Student Testing Lead to drive testing strategy for a university initiative. The role focuses on coordinating stakeholders, planning tests, and guiding defect management to ensure successful deployment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday Student testing leadership, understand higher education processes, and work independently while partnering with functional, technical, and university teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Testing Lead on a Workday implementation.
• Strong Workday Student experience.
• Experience testing cross-functional Workday processes.
• Ability to develop testing strategies and execution plans.
• Knowledge of defect management and testing governance.
• Ability to coordinate business users, functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Workday Student testing strategy, planning, and execution.
• Develop and maintain the testing plan, schedule, milestones, and testing governance.
• Coordinate testing activities across Workday Student functional areas and integrations.
• Facilitate test planning and readiness sessions with functional leads and business stakeholders.
• Define testing standards, processes, templates, and entry/exit criteria.
• Coordinate preparation and execution of applicable testing cycles: End-to-End, Integration, UAT, Regression.
• Ensure test scenarios accurately reflect business processes and student lifecycle.
• Work with teams to develop and validate test scripts and scenarios.
• Track testing progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage the defect lifecycle from logging to closure.
