Job summary

Vermont State Colleges System is seeking a Workday Student Test Lead to develop and oversee the testing strategy for the Workday Student implementation across the VSCS system. The role requires coordinating testing activities, ensuring quality, and guiding production readiness in collaboration with Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and other offices.

The position involves leading diverse teams, mentoring testers, and aligning testing with project goals and deployment milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business administration, HR, communications, information systems, project management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience leading organizational change management, ERP implementations, or enterprise technology deployments.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and refine the enterprise testing strategy and governance framework.
Plan and coordinate all testing phases: tenant validation, unit, integration, UAT, regression, and E2E testing.
Produce test plans, schedules, scenarios, scripts, and quality metrics.
Lead cross-functional testing with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Assess risk, monitor progress, and provide executive status reports.
