Job summary

Vermont State Colleges System is seeking a Workday Student Test Lead to direct testing strategy for the Workday Student SIS implementation. You will oversee tenant validation, UAT, E2E testing, and production readiness, coordinating across admissions, registrar, financial aid, and other offices.

The role may be remote within the United States and reports into the Workday Program Office. You will champion testing governance, drive defect management, and mentor testers while ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience leading ERP/testing initiatives.
• Experience developing enterprise testing strategies, governance frameworks, and QA processes.
• Experience coordinating testing across technical and functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of all testing phases across modules and releases.
• Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, schedules, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate testing with admissions, registrar, financial aid, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee defect management, risk assessment, and readiness decisions.
• Provide executive-ready status reports and testing governance input.
