Our client is searching for a Workday Solution Architect for a temp-to-perm position that can be worked remotely.

All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis before converting to full-time employment; no sponsorship is available.

This position will convert to a salary of around $150,000 annually.

The Workday Solution Architect will design, implement, and maintain Workday solutions, requiring expertise in Workday HCM, Finance, and Adaptive Insights. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, leading technical teams, managing upgrades, and developing integrations and reports.

Minimum qualifications include 5+ years in technical leadership roles involving Workday or similar platforms, with expertise in integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Workday modules and experience with Java, Talend, and automation tools.

The pay range is $80.00 - $90.00/hr, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more. This is a fully remote position with an application deadline of May 23, 2025.
