Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Solution Architect Manager (L7) for remote work in the U.S. market. The role focuses on delivering Workday HCM, Payroll and Finance projects at enterprise scale, coordinating across sales, delivery and SME teams to architect end-to-end solutions.

Travel may be required. The candidate should have at least 5 years in technology with systems integration, plus 3+ years delivering Workday modules; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technology Environment with a strong focus on systems integration solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering Workday HCM and/or Payroll and/or Finance (ERP) systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Architect technology solutions for Workday HCM, Payroll and/or Finance.
• Construct/Build the solution through collaboration with sales teams, senior client buyers, delivery teams and functional experts.
• Drive the necessary Technology Delivery sign off on solutions with proper input from the pursuit teams on client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget and preferences.
• Work with the sales team and Subject Matter Experts as required during the sales process; communicate/collaborate with delivery.
• Use Accenture solutioning tools to staff and price, or coordinate pricing with relevant teams.
• Promote the use of standards in solutions by coordinating with Legal and Commercial and directing Corporate Development Transaction Services
