Guidehouse’s Workday Practice seeks an experienced Lead in Financial Accounting, Budget and Banking to join a vibrant advisory team. You will be hands-on on Workday finance domains, lead design sessions, capture client requirements, configure creative solutions, and provide go-live, testing and hypercare support.

Applicants should have 6+ years in Workday FIN R2R, ERP project execution experience, and Workday reporting skills, with up to 50% travel and potential work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of Workday FIN Record to Report experience
• Experience delivering ERP projects within a structured methodology
• Experience with Workday reporting
• Travel up to 50% with some local/non-local balance

Responsibilities

• Lead as a Financial Accounting, Budget and Banking Lead on projects
• Configure Workday solutions and assist in design sessions
• Provide documentation, testing support, go-live and hypercare support
• Support business development activities as needed
