Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Workday Platform System Administrator to oversee security, change management, integrations, and release readiness for the Workday environment. You will partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to support configuration, platform integrity, and scalable adoption across the organization.

The role emphasizes compliance, cross‑functional collaboration, and proactive governance to ensure secure, efficient operations aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years administering, supporting, or architecting the Workday platform in an enterprise IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical administrator for the Workday platform.
• Maintain configuration standards and naming conventions across the system.
• Manage Workday tenant environments (production, sandbox, implementation).
• Evaluate and implement configuration changes with a cross‑module mindset.
• Document system configurations and audit evidence.
• Maintain SSO consistency and segregation of duties configurations.
• Support user access reviews and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Cyber Security teams.
• Oversee Workday releases, updates, and testing activities.
