Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a capable Workday Administrator to join our business operations team. You will be the primary support contact for the Workday user community, ensuring security, availability and confidentiality of the platform while coordinating with training, development, and security teams.

You will manage user provisioning, testing environments, and release processes, while driving improvements to workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline with an information technology focus or equivalent professional experience.
• Seven or more years combined experience in HR and Finance information systems administration.
• Two or more years experience in Finance and/or Human Resource functions.
• Workday Finance and HCM experience or willingness to complete company paid Workday Administrator training.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday user community in system usage, data changes, and system reporting.
• Collaborate with training departments on user training programs.
• Partner with business consulting and development teams on Workday platform enhancements.
• Oversee change management procedures including synchronization and maintenance of test environments, testing, change approvals, and release management.
• Perform user account provisioning, maintenance, and de-provisioning activities.
• Collaborate with information security team on system monitoring and incident response.
• Monitor system availability, integrations and vendor enhancement requests.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
