DeWinter Group is seeking a Workday Consultant for a fully remote contract role to help higher education and public-sector organizations modernize budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning using Workday Adaptive Planning. You will lead discovery workshops, configure planning models, and deliver executive reporting while applying AI accelerators to improve delivery.

Collaboration across finance, HR, and administration drives value.

Competenze

At least 4 years of relevant experience in higher education or government budgeting and FP&A/planning transformation.
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning consulting or administration.
Experience leading client-facing meetings, discovery sessions, and workshops.
Ability to translate business processes into scalable planning models and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to consultancy delivery and output.

Mansioni

Lead discovery workshops with Finance, Budget, HR, Provost, Institutional Research, Student Affairs, and executives.
Design and configure Workday Adaptive Planning models, dashboards, and reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, enrollment and tuition revenue planning, long-range financial planning, grants and capital planning.
Apply AI tools to accelerate configuration, documentation, testing, and delivery.
Support scenario modeling with Workday Adaptive Decision Intelligence.
Translate organizational processes into scalable planning models and effective reporting.
