Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Workday Payroll Senior Principal Consultant to lead payroll design and implementation across complex environments. This role emphasizes scalable solutions that align with broader HR and financial processes and requires close collaboration with client stakeholders and integration teams.

You will guide clients through project execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth transitions from design to go-live.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday functional implementation experience.
• Workday Payroll implementation experience preferred.
• Experience leading at least two full Workday implementations.
• Experience gathering business requirements and designing solutions.
• Demonstrated functional experience in HR, Payroll, or Financials Management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify client pain points and prioritize solutions for efficiency.
