Job summary

Ever.Ag is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll operations. This role requires expertise in Workday Payroll and involves end-to-end payroll processing, compliance with payroll laws, and answering employee inquiries.

Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and a service mindset. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely in the United States, except for residents in California, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll, garnishments, and tax compliance.
• A CPP or FPC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing using Workday.
• Configure and maintain the Workday payroll module.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and handle tax filings.
