Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Integration & Support Engineer for a remote contract role. The candidate will support Workday Financials, HCM, Payroll, and Planning, partnering with Finance and IT to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday production support across Financials, HCM, Payroll, or Planning.
• Hands-on work with Workday reports, security, integrations, and data validation.
• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML, XSLT.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, change control, and deployment support.
• Familiar with ITIL/ITSM processes and stakeholder communication.
• Technical skills in Workday configuration, reporting, security, and integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and support Workday integrations with internal/external systems.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and Workday Studio.
• Improve integration reliability, scalability, and documentation.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday incidents and data issues.
• Document resolutions, conduct root-cause analyses, and communicate status.
• Support ITIL/ITSM processes and change control activities.
• Coordinate releases and production deployments with stakeholders.
