Job summary

ClearpointCo is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Specialist for a 6–12 month contract, based in Downtown Houston with 100% remote work and occasional office visits. The role focuses on maximizing Workday across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Planning, with hands-on experience in Workday modules.

The ideal candidate collaborates with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HRIS experience across Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Scheduling, and Adaptive Planning.
• Strong collaboration with HR, Finance, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Adaptive Planning & Workforce Planning: deploy and enhance Workday Adaptive Planning; coordinate HR and Finance for budgeting and headcount forecasting; maintain data consistency between Workday and Adaptive Planning.
• Time Tracking, Scheduling & Payroll Integration: configure time tracking and scheduling; own time and payroll processes; design and test calculations, rules, integrations.
• HRIS & Workday Optimization: support modules, configure processes and security, improve HR/Payroll/Benefits workflows; ensure data accuracy.
• Project & Implementation Support: assist enhancement projects and deployments; document testing materials and user guides; support releases.
