Job summary

Optiv, a leading cybersecurity solutions provider, seeks a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join the HRIS & HR Operations team.

You will deliver quality HR system solutions by understanding end-user needs, building business cases, and translating requirements into actionable project plans for Workday HCM. This hands-on role requires deep knowledge of HR processes and strong analytics, with Workday configuration and reporting across modules such as HCM, Compensation, Time & Absence, and Talent Management,

Qualifications

• College degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
• Minimum 5 years related HR/HRIS experience.
• Experience supporting and testing Workday HR modules.
• Knowledge of Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, or Learning concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, confidentiality, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support HR technology enhancements and change management.
• Provide end-to-end Workday functional support (HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence, Talent Management, Security).
• Design and administer Workday security architecture and governance.
• Provide project management support for integrations, upgrades and enhancements.
• Coordinate with HR/IT/Finance stakeholders on process design and data integrity.
• Act as SME to optimize Optiv's HR tech usage.
• Facilitate testing, change management, and configuration coordination.
• Identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Escalate issues with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain SOX ITGC and internal controls.
