Job summary

Hagerty is seeking an HR Systems Integration Engineer to design, develop, and manage seamless integrations between HR systems, primarily Workday, ensuring accurate data flow and process efficiency.

The role supports HR and Finance teams, leading testing and validation activities, and aligning integrations with organizational goals. US remote work is available, with hybrid options near Traverse City for on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Workday integrations across multiple systems.
• Knowledge of HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Analytics, Time Tracking and Absence modules.
• Familiarity with Workday Tenant Management and integration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage HR system integrations to ensure accurate data flow.
• Provide technical support and guidance to HR and Finance teams on Workday integrations.
• Lead QA, testing, and release activities for integration changes and updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into specs.
• Document configurations and changes; mentor the Workday team on best practices.
