ManpowerGroup is seeking a Workday Core HCM Compensation Lead for remote work with monthly travel to client sites in California. The role focuses on configuring and supporting Workday HCM, compensation plans, and related processes to meet business requirements.

You will translate requirements into compliant configurations, participate in workshops, testing, and deployment, and collaborate with HR, compensation, and payroll stakeholders to ensure effective solutions.

Formación

• Certified in Core HCM and Compensation.
• Minimum of 2 implementations led.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
• State & Local Government experience preferred.
• Knowledge of California state laws, policies, and regulations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and support Workday HCM and Compensation modules, including job profiles, organizations, compensation plans, eligibility rules, grades, and structures.
• Translate business, policy, and compensation requirements into compliant Workday configurations.
• Support design workshops, testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
• Partner with HR, compensation, and payroll stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize solutions.
• Maintain integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful and courteous work environment.
