Job summary

UST in Aliso Viejo, California seeks an experienced Senior HCM Consultant with deep Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation expertise. You will lead deployment teams, document client requirements, configure Workday solutions, create prototypes, and mentor junior consultants to share knowledge.

5+ years in HCM configuration, strong project management and communication are required. Travel about 5% to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Over 5 years configuring and implementing HCM solutions.
• Current Workday Partner HCM Certification and/or Advanced Compensation Certification.
• Experience leading deployment projects and mentoring consultants.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment teams and guide clients through requirements gathering and design.
• Configure Workday solutions and develop prototypes for validation.
• Mentor new consultants and share product knowledge.
• Coordinate data conversion and integrations with third-party systems.
• Provide status updates to project managers and drive continuous improvement.
