You will lead discovery, modeling, and security setups while leveraging Workday Core Reporting to feed Adaptive models. The role includes mentoring teammates and shaping best practices in Adaptive.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience.
• Experience leading multiple client projects in FP&A deployments.
• Strong Workday Reporting knowledge and how core data feeds into Adaptive.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements for FP&A solutions.
• Architect Adaptive planning models and reporting for enterprise clients.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Kognitiv’s Adaptive practice.
