Kognitiv Inc. is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to join our remote USA team. You will lead end-to-end client engagements, architect FP&A solutions, and optimize post-production environments across global enterprise clients.

You will bridge data using Workday Core Reporting (Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, EIBs) to feed Adaptive models, and you will mentor junior consultants while shaping Kognitiv's Adaptive practice with best-practice insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience.
• Ability to own client engagements from discovery to production.
• Strong understanding of FP&A modeling and reporting tools.
• Experience with security, data feeds, and post-production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect end-to-end client engagements for global enterprise clients.
