Ladders is seeking a Workday Financials Lead to guide the growth of a Financials consulting practice within a Workday environment. This role balances hands-on delivery with strategic leadership, shaping delivery standards and improving implementation methods to ensure high‑quality client engagements.

You will partner with sales and project teams to scope work, tackle complex issues, mentor a team of Workday consultants, and drive innovation in tools and patterns that enhance the client

Formación

• 8+ years hands-on Workday Financials, incl. one full-cycle lead role.
• Strong expertise in Core Financials, Procurement, and Financial Reporting.
• Proven delivery-methods improvement and program development.
• Ability to adapt to new Workday releases and implement changes.
• Experience managing people, with performance development.
• Track record balancing hands-on delivery with leadership and utilization targets.
• Experience with Sales scoping and SOW/deal qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale the Financials practice for Workday deployments, optimizing methodologies and templates for efficient engagements.
• Define scoping standards for Financials work to align with real-world delivery experience.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Financials delivery model by identifying bottlenecks and enhancing efficiency.
• Monitor new Workday product releases and assess their impact on existing methodologies and package offerings.
• Champion innovation within the practice through new tools or patterns that improve client experience and consultant efficiency.
• Lead and execute Workday Financials workstreams on client implementations and manage complex project issues.
• Mentor and develop a team of Workday Financials consultants, supporting staffing and performance management.
