EverforthTopBloc seeks a Workday Financials Post Production Consultant to deliver high-quality Workday Financials solutions for clients across multiple industries. The role involves post-production support, collaboration with clients, and contributing to sales-scoped projects.

Based in Chicago or remote, the position offers a path from Consultant II to Managing Consultant, with compensation dependent on title and experience and a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Workday Financials Certification is required.
• 1+ years Workday Financial post-production support experience.
• Proficiency with business processes including GL, budgeting, cash management, grant management, COA redesign, procure-to-pay, P2P, expenses, fixed assets, and/or order-to-cash.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong customer service and collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to interact with clients and colleagues positively and build trust.
• Good problem solving with diverse perspectives.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality Workday Financials solutions across industries to meet and optimize client needs.
• Address Workday Financials issues as they arise.
• Participate in internal training and share learnings.
• Assist with internal initiatives to improve team/department/company.
• Lead a team of consultants and manage escalations (Manager Level).
• Assist sales with scope and proposals using Workday experience (Senior/Principal Level).
