Job summary

Ipas is seeking a Workday System Administrator to manage and maintain the Workday environment, including security, business processes, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades. The role collaborates with HR to ensure data integrity and works with external resources as needed.

A bachelor’s degree is required; 5+ years of relevant experience; at least 3 years Workday ERP experience with FDM exposure.

Experience managing contractors and vendors.
Proven ability to document processes clearly and communicate with diverse audiences.
Experience in design, deployment and optimization of user-centric systems.

Responsibilities

Provide routine support for Workday functional areas including security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.
Monitor tickets and respond to daily support requests; communicate with internal customers.
Create technical configurations, reports, dashboards, and complex calculated fields.
Lead change management and coordinate cross-functional project work.
Identify and address process improvements and operational efficiencies.
