Grady Health System seeks a Workday Applications Manager for Finance & Supply Chain to align Workday capabilities with organizational goals. You will govern, configure, integrate, and support Finance, Supply Chain, and Planning modules while bridging business and technology.

You will lead governance, roadmap delivery, and ensure data quality. This role requires healthcare Workday experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with Finance, IT, and Planning teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Five years of Workday Finance and Supply Chain experience in healthcare
• Three years of Project Management experience
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise Finance and Supply Chain
• Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow up and resolution
• Ability to motivate and set the direction for a team
• Demonstrate high integrity, discretion and confidentiality

Aufgaben

• Lead governance, planning, execution, and delivery for Workday Finance, Supply Chain, and Planning modules.
• Oversee Workday roadmap, enhancements, customizations, workflows, and process improvements.
• Conduct requirements gathering, systems analysis, and solution design.
• Manage daily Workday support operations, incidents, requests, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate data integrity and optimization opportunities in Workday integrations.
• Lead teams and communicate complex topics across all levels of the organization.
• Manage enhancements, process redesign, and cross-functional alignment.
