Infotree Global Solutions seeks a Workday Compensation Configuration Principal to lead strategy, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Workday Compensation solutions. This role serves as the functional owner for compensation processes including annual planning, incentives, salary structures, and one-time payments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business, finance, CS, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years HR tech/HRIS/enterprise systems experience, incl. leading complex configuration initiatives.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday configuration with Advanced Compensation and related HCM functionality.
• Experience configuring compensation processes: annual planning, merit, bonus and incentive programs, salary structures, one-time payments.
• Experience gathering requirements, solution design, and translating complex needs into scalable Workday solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Workday Compensation solutions.
• Serve as functional owner for compensation processes including annual planning, incentive programs, compensation eligibility, salary structures, and one-time payments.
• Provide strategic recommendations, translate complex business needs into scalable Workday solutions, and mentor team members.
• Lead complex projects and influence leadership on enterprise-wide compensation governance, automation, and optimization.
