Job summary

KBR Careers is looking for a Configuration Analyst to optimize Workday Compensation. The role involves collaborating with HRIS teams to ensure accurate execution of compensation cycles and implementing scalable Workday solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Compensation or HRIS, with hands-on expertise in the Workday Compensation module. Flexible work arrangements may be available within the D.C. area or remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation, HRIS, or related role.
• Workday Pro Certification in Compensation or related module preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Workday Compensation module.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Workday Compensation during annual cycles.
• Design, build, and maintain salary and bonus plans.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
