Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Learning Senior Principal Consultant to lead design, delivery, and success of Workday Learning implementations. You will advise clients, guide project teams, and align solutions with Workday leading practices.

You will mentor teams, support pre-sales, and contribute to expanding the Workday practice through knowledge sharing and strategic delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Active Workday Learning Certification required.
• 5+ years of Workday implementation experience.
• Eligible for UK SC clearance and UK work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior Workday Learning SME and advise on strategy and best practices.
• Lead client workshops and design discussions to define scalable Learning solutions.
• Own solution design and oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Act as functional lead for medium to large Workday Learning implementations.
• Provide guidance on learning administration, content management, enrolment, and learner experience.
• Collaborate with HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, Integrations, Change Management, and PM teams.
• Support testing, data conversion, cutover, and deployment activities.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to quality reviews and leadership.
• Assist with pre-sales activities including estimations, proposals, and demonstrations.
• Contribute to practice development through training and asset creation.
• Maintain expertise in Workday Learning functionality and industry trends.
