Cognizant is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services (Workday Integrations) to lead design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Workday integrations. You will guide strategies across HCM, payroll and finance, partnering with sales to define SOWs and assist in pursuit activities.

You will mentor a distributed team of consultants, establish standards, and drive cross-functional collaboration with enterprise architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise application integration and consulting experience.
• 5+ years leading Workday integration implementations.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Workday integrations using API, middleware, event-driven, and file-based patterns.
• Experience integrating Workday with ERP, payroll, identity management, learning, finance and reporting platforms.
• Experience estimating and presenting solutions to prospects during sales engagements.

Responsabilités

• Oversight of projects and integration delivery across the practice.
• Lead and mentor Workday Integration Consultants and Architects across concurrent projects.
• Drive integration standards, reusable assets, accelerators, and delivery methodologies.
• Support RFP responses and integration solutioning during pursuits and client presentations.
• Recruitment, development, and management of a remote consulting team; ensure high customer satisfaction.
