Qualifications

• Current Workday Partner Benefits Certification.
• 2 - 4+ years of WD configuration and implementation experience.
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
• Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure and test Workday HCM solution focusing on benefits.
• Gather and document client business requirements.
• Assist the integration consulting team in configuring/testing integrations.
• Provide regular status reports to project managers.
