Job summary

Benefit Harbor LP is seeking a Client Services & Activation Lead to drive onboarding and activation of Workday Benefit Bridge clients. You will manage end-to-end implementations, scope, timelines, and post-launch support while coordinating with clients, integration partners, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate combines project management strength with employee benefits knowledge, technical aptitude, and exceptional client relationships to improve deployment processes and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience managing complex projects, client implementations, or service delivery initiatives in employee benefits or related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing implementation timelines, and delivering projects against defined requirements.
• Experience with Workday Benefits, Workday Benefit Bridge, ERP platforms, or benefits technology integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between clients, integration partners, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders during implementation and ongoing administration.
• Lead client and carrier meetings, document minutes, track action items, and communicate progress and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, schedules, milestones, and action-item tracking.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, system configuration, integration testing, and deployment activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, dependencies, and coordinate resources to maintain schedule and quality.
• Support go-live readiness and post-deployment reviews to capture lessons learned.
