Candidate Profile:

We seek motivated, confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and driven individuals passionate about helping families. We welcome representatives from entry-level to experienced professionals who are driven, humble, and coachable. Our specialization in Mortgage Protection Insurance involves assisting families requesting help with mortgage protection or final expense insurance. With access to over 20 A and A-rated insurance carriers, our representatives offer the best and most affordable options, including final expense, Med supps, IULs, and Annuities. As a key team member, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact families' lives while enjoying the flexibility of a 100% commission-based role. Responsibilities:

• This is a lead-driven system with EXCLUSIVE leads; NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED.
• Conduct needs analysis and present suitable life insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to educate clients effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Willingness to attend all online training events.
• Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one in the relevant jurisdiction.

This is a 1099 sales position. The commission is approximately $500 per application. Full-time underwriters typically write 4-10 applications weekly.

Our part-time agents following our system can earn approximately $30k-$60k in the first year, while full-time agents can earn approximately $75k-$180k. Qualifying agents can earn a 5% commission increase every 2 months.
