Job summary

NuScale Power, LLC is seeking a Work Planning & Execution Lead to support Quality, Services and IT work planning. The role reports to the Manager, Quality Programs and collaborates across IT, Services, and engineering to coordinate work, resources, and schedules.

Responsibilities include coordinating with discipline managers, developing execution plans, monitoring resource allocation, and communicating status and risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a project-oriented environment.
• Strong technical writing and presentations skills.
• Experience with scheduling software is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan work with discipline managers to create detailed execution plans and resource estimates.
• Monitor resource allocation, levelling, and hiring plans for efficient use.
• Coordinate with project teams to manage changes and scope across disciplines.
• Provide status updates, metrics, and risk communications to stakeholders.
• Prepare resource estimates and execution plans for new commercial projects.
• Support department-wide process improvements and standardized practices.
• Write, review reports and maintain intra-department communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
