Job summary

NuScale Power, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist 3 - Software to oversee quality assurance in software development. This role requires expertise in nuclear QA processes and a focus on instrumentation and control (I&C) software.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of QA experience related to nuclear programs and a strong background in software quality assurance, including audits and compliance reviews.

This position is remote within the contiguous United States and may involve some travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in nuclear quality assurance with software focus.
• Experience in safety-related Instrumentation and Control (I&C) quality oversight preferred.
• Understanding of waterfall software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of NuScale's quality assurance processes.
• Review safety-related design documents for quality compliance.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance program processes.
