Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company is seeking a Turbine Services Senior Planner to lead multi-discipline outage planning and provide guidance to the planning team. Duties include coordinating schedules, mentoring junior planners, and taking on lead planner responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Fleet Outages.

The role requires extensive nuclear plant planning experience and a strong grasp of work control processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 10+ years of nuclear power plant planning experience in mechanical, electrical or I&C maintenance.
• Solid understanding of work control processes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan multi-discipline work orders and schedules.
• Mentor and assist other planners; provide oversight of qualifications and development needs.
• Create outage schedules for planners across disciplines (e.g., PT, VT, WT).
• Coordinate and administer programs outside the planning function.
