Job summary

Firegang Dental Marketing is seeking a Ticket Support Specialist. The role is full-time and remote, open to candidates across the U.S.

Day-to-day work involves managing website tickets, editing WordPress content, and handling plugins with a focus on accessibility and accuracy. Ideal candidates will have administrator-level WordPress experience, knowledge of HTML, and familiarity with Teamwork Desk/Projects.

Qualifications

• Administrator-level WordPress proficiency with content changes.
• Experience uploading and placing images on live sites.
• Working knowledge of HTML.
• Basic Photoshop skills for image resizing.
• Familiarity with image alt text and accessibility.
• Follow internal file naming conventions.
• Understand relative vs absolute URLs.
• Configure a range of WordPress plugins.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume tickets.
• Experience with WP Engine backup restores and deploys.
• Collaborative communicator who asks questions.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill website ticket requests for dental clients via Teamwork Desk.
• Add, edit, and remove page content in WordPress at admin level.
• Upload and place images on live sites with alt text.
• Activate, deactivate, and configure WordPress plugins as needed.
• Manage WP Engine environments, backups, and deployments.
• Collaborate with teams to confirm scope and facilitate development.
• Follow internal file naming conventions and URL standards.
• Learn Firegang's proprietary WordPress framework and plugins.
• Maintain data in Teamwork Desk and meet due dates.
