Qualifications

• Administrator-level WordPress proficiency with content edits.
• Ability to upload and place images on live sites.
• Working knowledge of HTML and image accessibility (alt text).
• Photoshop basics for image resizing.
• Familiarity with relative vs. absolute URLs and plugin configuration.
• Experience with WP Engine hosting environments and backups.
• Strong collaboration across departments and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill website ticket requests for a diverse dental client portfolio via Teamwork Desk.
• Add, edit, and remove page content in WordPress at an admin level.
• Upload, resize, and place images on live client websites with accessibility in mind.
• Activate, deactivate, and configure WordPress plugins as needed.
• Manage site environments in WP Engine, including backups and deployments.
• Clarify requests and scope with cross-department teams; escalate when needed.
• Follow internal naming conventions and URL standards for every request.
• Learn and apply Firegang's proprietary WordPress framework and in-house plugins.
• Maintain accurate data in Teamwork Desk and complete tickets by due dates.
