Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and integrations.
• Strong analytical skills for process and data analysis.
• Experience building requirements, training materials, and presentations.
• Experience with interface data mapping using EDI/XML formats.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements (SOWs, specs, process flows).
• Lead workshops with SMEs to identify needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Create process maps, workflow docs, and BRDs to support solution design.
• Develop ad hoc SQL queries for reporting and data analysis.
• Develop and execute system testing strategies, including UAT and validation.
• Create end-user training materials and deliver training for adoption.
• Provide Level 2 application support and troubleshoot system issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on WMS enhancements and integrations.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Gather and document integration requirements for seamless connectivity.
